Design Notes

We used the 9 base anticodon loop that is complementary to the 5 base pair codon CUAGU. There is a 1 base pair deletion in the NotI site of the BioBrick prefix. The BioBrick prefix for this part is GAATTCGCGGCG_TTCTAG. The underscore is the missing base. The EcoRI site and the XbaI site are functional.
